By using synapical.com or engaging Synapical Software Pvt. Ltd. for services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our site or services.

Synapical provides software development, design, and related digital services under individual project agreements. The terms of each engagement are governed by the specific scope document and agreement signed between both parties.

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables outlined in your project agreement. Synapical retains the right to use open-source libraries, frameworks, and internal tooling as part of any delivery.

We may reference your project name and describe the nature of our work in our portfolio, unless you request otherwise in writing.

This website is provided for informational purposes. You may not use it to scrape, harvest, or reproduce our content without permission. All trademarks and design elements are owned by Synapical Software Pvt. Ltd.

Our liability in any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project phase. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our services or this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
