We stay small so everyone does real work. No account managers, no layers — you talk directly to the people building.

We work with seniors and strong intermediates only. Mentorship happens through code review, not dedicated junior programs.

Most of the work happens in the code, not in calls. We sync when it matters, not because it's a habit.

Ship-oriented
We care about production. Tests, observability, CI/CD from day one — not bolted on when the client asks.
